After Sales Service On The New Nokta Metal Detector Series

I purchased a Nokta Fors Relic from Wolfgang Roux about six months ago. About a month ago the detector picked up a problem on the handle grip display.
As it was not clear what caused the problem Nokta Turkey couriered a replacement handle within three days to South Africa!
However, the problem persisted so it was clear that it was the main controller box that must have had an issue. Within 3 days a new one was couriered to my house and now the problem is solved.
Throughout Wolfgang was there to support me and made sure that I received a prompt back-up service by Nokta in Turkey. I want to say to all potential Nokta customers – Wolfgang and Nokta stand behind the Nokta product and will spare no expense to support a customer.
